Julian Plumstead
Chief Executive Officer
Julian Plumstead serves as Chief Executive Officer of Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc., where he leads the company’s global strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives across the digital infrastructure platform.
Mr. Plumstead brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning finance and digital infrastructure. He has held senior roles at leading financial institutions and has extensive experience operating across international markets.
Prior to joining Radius Global, Mr. Plumstead held multiple leadership positions at American Tower Corporation, including Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and Chief Executive Officer of ATC Europe. In these roles, he oversaw operations across multiple countries and led significant organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Most recently, he was responsible for overseeing M&A activity across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, further strengthening his expertise in global strategy, operations, and value creation.
Based in the United Kingdom, Mr. Plumstead works closely with the executive and senior management teams to advance Radius Global's strategic vision and support the continued expansion of critical digital infrastructure worldwide.
Daniel Hasselman
President, Wireless
Dan Hasselman is the President, Wireless, responsible for leading the company’s revenue strategy, driving growth initiatives, and expanding its global footprint. In 2019, Mr. Hasselman was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of APWireless, where he led the company’s strategic direction and global operations. Prior to this, he served as President, overseeing both U.S. and international operations. Since co-founding the business in 2010, he also held the position of Managing Director. Mr. Hasselman brings more than two decades of executive experience in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries.
In May 2007, Mr. Hasselman co-founded Vertical Capital Group, LLC, which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets on behalf of RFS Capital, LLC, where he served as President until launching the APWireless business. Earlier in his career, he established and managed an office for Wireless Capital Partners, LLC, then a leading U.S. telecom lease acquisitions firm. In 2001, Mr. Hasselman founded U.S. Home and Loan, Inc., a subsidiary of Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation, then the second-largest mortgage brokerage firm in the United States. He played a pivotal role in transforming APWireless from a single start-up into a $3 billion company, establishing it as one of the leading global telecommunications and digital infrastructure investment firms.
Scott Langeland
President, Digital Infrastructure
Scott Langeland is the President, Digital Infrastructure, overseeing the company’s global operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term value creation strategy. In 2019, Mr. Langeland was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of APWireless, where he led the company’s strategic direction and global operations. Prior to this, Mr. Langeland was Executive Vice President and Senior Counsel, responsible for legal and underwriting functions and instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint through the development of asset acquisition structures across new jurisdictions.
Mr. Langeland joined APWireless in October 2010 and has played a vital role in the company’s growth from a start-up to a $3 billion industry leader by driving key initiatives and fostering innovation. His legal expertise encompasses structured finance, commercial real estate, and civil litigation. Mr. Langeland is a Cum Laude graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Laura Fernandez
Chief Operating and Strategy Officer
Laura Fernandez is the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer of the company. Ms. Fernandez leads the development and execution of the company’s global strategic vision, driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning priorities to enhance long-term value creation.
Ms. Fernandez has over 25 years of global experience in finance, strategy, and digital infrastructure. She has led high-impact initiatives across Europe, Latin and North America; most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Ontix, a UK-based digital infrastructure firm.
Prior to that, Ms. Fernandez held senior executive roles at Telefonica, including Finance Director, Operations & Transformation and Head of Strategic Planning at O2 (Telefonica UK); Group Financial Controller and Head of Investments at Telefonica Europe plc. She was also appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Cornerstone.
Ms. Fernandez holds a Sloan Master of Science in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and an Electronic Engineering degree from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology. She also completed the Executive Leadership Development program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Susanne Kandel
General Counsel
Susanne Kandel is the General Counsel of the company. Ms. Kandel previously served as General Counsel, Latin America and General Counsel, Europe for American Tower Corporation. From 2004-2013, Ms. Kandel was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City where she represented tower companies, operators and telecommunications industry investors in transactions around the world. She holds a law degree from NYU School of Law and received an A.B. in Religion and Middle Eastern Languages and Literature from Dartmouth College.
Benjamin Lowe
Chief Financial Officer
Benjamin Lowe, Chief Financial Officer, leads the company’s financial operations, including treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and tax functions.
Mr. Lowe joined Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc. from Crown Castle, where he built a successful career, holding the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer. In addition to his financial leadership roles, he held an operational position as Vice President of Leasing and Real Estate Operations. Mr. Lowe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Political Science from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Linda Sanchez
Chief Human Resources Officer
Linda Sanchez is the Chief Human Resources Officer, where she leads the global HR functions and is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy in support of its long-term growth.
Ms. Sanchez brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior human resources leader within the financial services industry. She has a strong track record of designing and implementing impactful HR strategies that support organizational performance, talent development, and cultural alignment.
In her role at Radius Global, Ms. Sanchez works closely with executive leadership to build a forward-looking people strategy that enables the company to scale effectively while supporting its global teams.
