Three years ago, we were contacted by a company that was interested in purchasing the cell tower. After several months of tedious work, especially on our part, we recognized that we were wasting our time. The company made several promises that were consistently broken. Consequently, we decided to continue receiving our payments from the Leasing Company. This decision to end all correspondence, came after a year of negotiating with that company. Several months ago we were contacted by Radius Global in order that we work with them in their purchasing of the cell tower. Naturally our church was skeptical. Our skepticism was soon changed to confidence in Radius Global because of their willingness to go \u201cThe Extra Mile\u201d to ensure the deal could be worked out. Alan was the catalyst and gave tremendous help in clearing hurdles, returning calls promptly, finding solutions, while showing great creativity in structuring a deal that was acceptable to both parties. Even though Alan had a personal tragedy during the negotiations, he was able to find capable individuals with his company who worked diligently to make things work out. When he returned he continued to work diligently until contracts were signed. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Radius Global, to any church or company that may be contemplating doing business with them. Radius Global is an outstanding company, in that they will keep their word, and follow through on their promises. It has been a pleasure to work with them.<\/p>\n

Our church has had a cell site on the property since about 1999. During this time, the lease has yielded small monthly payments.<\/p>\n

Recently we were contacted by Radius Global with a proposal to purchase the monthly income stream for a lump sum payment and future revenue sharing. We found the offer to be very beneficial, allowing our church to proceed with some capital improvements.<\/p>\n

Radius Global group and Joseph Tarantino were very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Their help included providing direct access to the Radius Global legal department for some questions from our Board. As the church\u2019s representative, even though I considered the offer reasonable, I thought it would be nearly impossible to finalize the matter within sixty days, however, Louis was right!<\/p>\n

Our questions and concerns were always addressed by Radius Global\u2019 consummate professionals. They responded expeditiously and worked tirelessly to bring the deal to closure.
